During our time at Leverage Lab together, Randi proved her outstanding skills in digital ad operations through her optimizations having desired changes as well as her ability to explain the why behind her decisions. Randi was essential to our ad operations with her abilities to create, execute, and optimize ads.
Furthermore, despite us working in different departments of the company, Randi demonstrated exceptional want for growth and understanding as we engaged in 1-1 training sessions to further the other’s understanding in our own field. Randi proved very capable at comprehending advanced tools like Google Looker Studio (at the time, Google Data Studio) and BigQuery. Not only that, but she was able to give me guidance on specific tools within ad operations (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) All of this to say, that Randi is not only enthusiastic to learn but also to teach.

For the last two years, Randi has been the part time graphic artist at Kansas City Hispanic News. I have watched her work multiple jobs and graduate from UMKC with two degrees. While she has hit some rough patches during that time, she always bounced back and exhibited a positive attitude and continued to endure.
